Telemarketer called in march offering watch and magazines at reduced prices.
Company began billing my credit card, I never received watch, I tried to cancel subscription but was told I could not as I verbally agreed during a recorded telephone conversation.
I was never told there was no cancellation policy. I called them and told them I could not afford it and they basically said, "too bad".
This company uses deceptive practices to lure people in and then gives them no way out.
I am stuck being billed for this when I cannot afford it as a single mother. I also explained to them that I had serious health problems was unable to work for a period of time and could not afford this and again they stated "too bad".
