Alliance moved our home belongings 15 miles to our new home in November. We paid in full and paid 250 for insurance on our household belongings. The Company damaged items in the move by not packing properly (wrapping a glass lamp in a blanket and not putting in a box, stuffing dried flower arrangements in boxes and packing heavy items on top so that they were broken. Put in a claim to the company, as asked in February and the company never responded after repeated calls.
I contacted BBB and they were going to look into it... Haven't heard from them yet. Repeated calls to Chris Sousa about this. No reply or returned call.
Also, on the day of moving, two of his employees were in my bedroom closet rummaging through my jewelry. I contacted Mr. Sousa immediately. Later found out three valuable rings were missing.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. All I asked for was my insurance money back or the damaged items to be replaced or monetarily compensated for.
