I downloaded the referred software June 9. I was given the support address as [email protected]. I have emailed them 7 times telling them in detail of my problem, and have had no response. The icons appear on the pc screen, but refuse to load, saying that download was incomplete, or that networks connecting to the software are not available.
Also I am getting the message "component imswinsckor one or both of its dependency are not correctly registered. A file is missing or Invalid.
Cs relations does not answer any of my requests, in fact they do not reply to explain what could be causing the problem.
