Gullace & Weld nasty hung up no inform

Collections law firm... Based in NY at their home office. They placed a subpeona on our checking account for someone else that is only on the account as a authorized user, nothing else.

Talked to Annette..in finding our different things, i was then hung up on. Right before that she told me that i am not to tell her how to do her job then hung up. All i said was that they need to do there homework FIRST before placing a subpeona on MY account.

Then asked to speak with someone else higher, was told no one else higher but got connected to Patty or Patsy. Which in turn couldn't get things resolved with her either. Put on hold for 15 minutes then Dead air...
Call back and was told no one else was there to speak to...

Bad business for a law firm who ARE NOT memebers of the BBB
