Phone call from 877-549-7447 on 4-11-12
I received a call this am asking how my business was going. I told them I didn't have a business, and asked where they were calling from. They immediately hung up, but their number was on my cell phone. I called it back, it was busy, so I waited about 5 minutes, called back and asked them the name of the business I had called, they told me, and said if I got a call, they were following up on an order I had placed. I told her I didn't order any business or anything else, they hung up again. I called back, got someone else, and I asked when I ordered this business, they couldn't tell me the exact date, but said to look on my bank statement that it was charged in March for $34.95. I told them I didn't order anything in March or any other month, and they had better retract any charges they made, or they were going to be in a lot of trouble. Again they hung up on me. I checked to see if anything had been taken out of my account, and fortunately nothing had. This is not the first time this had happened with people trying to steal money from me, I suggest everyone watch their statements like a hawk, as things like this will probably get worse instead of better!
