Jim tippman of united yachts spoke to myself and kevin mc carthy last week about the laws broken by united yachts. At that time (which i have recorded and will soon upload) he admitted in less than 5 minutes broker lawrence pirritino and peter schmidt broke the law. He then said he spoke to lawrence pirritino by phone with peter schmidt and lawrence pirritino admitted he was a broker during the stolen yacht sale, and all along hes been trying to say he wasnt. Jim tippman then called me back saying peter schmidt was getting desperate because he was trying to add extortion to the list of things hes falsely accusing me of. You see for one week me and peter was negotiating a settlement deal (which i have his attorneys copy of) but because peter and the attorney lied i told them to stick the offer up their ass. Since the offer was rejected by me he now is so desperate he wants to call it extortion, even though his attorney even put a hold on a court case we had and it was because both partys were negotiating a settlement. Then peter schmidt goes and runs his mouth on his unitedyachts.Us web site saying they are going to win and if anyone has free legal advice give him a call. Jim tippman also admitted not only did peter schmidt break the law hes was an idiot trying to cover it up.
Jim tippman also was upset with peter schmidt because him and his broker lawrence pirritinos decision to break the law was screwing fellow brokers more than anything. Again my call with jim tippman was recorded and i will clearly prove he admitted in just a couple minutes his moron boss and fellow broker broke the law. The same company that commingled money, falsified facts to a customer they took to the stolen yacht sale, and he thinks he can just say sorry...
If this dumbass allows his brokers to lose jobs because of his ignorant decisions and allowing his broker to break the law so be it. Im here for the long haul, peter had a chance to settle this very easily. But as ive said if he had such a great case he would move for immediate trial which i would agree to, but the cowards still asking for free legal advice while his brokers suffer. What a great company to work for.
Schmidt with such a great case coward move for trial you puss dont hide behind your brokers and let them take the crap that your responsible for getting your own self into.
