I went online to order the awesome auger and once I finished the order process and was given the detailed bill it cost alot more then what the advertisement had stated. I then tried to cancel the order but was told that I had the wrong email address. Two months after that my account was debited and I still have not received the awesome auger.
All I wanted to do was cancel the order and not lose my money but they would not let me contact them and when I called the customer service number it stated that they were busy and gave me an email address and then disconnected the call.
The awesome auger advertisement on tv was with Billy Mays.
