I can only second previous reports on this company.
They offer low price items online and then pressure you with a phone call (which they claim is necesary to complete the order) into unnecesary accessories which are apparently not included but absolutely needed and all that for a horrendous price. The accessories are sold as "you need them and won't find them cheaper anywhere" - well, you trust them because of the bargain of the original item you wanted to buy (in my case a camera for an unbeatable price) but then you find out that the accessories suggested are actually included in the package for the camera so you end up with two or more of them (e.G., battery charger, memory card, batteries etc) and paid more (an dI mean a lot more) than you can get these items for at your local dealer or trusted web sites. And, you can't return them because, well restocking fees, came as a kit, etc. Stay away!
