I was contacted by Gunnar Jenkins from Blue Bay Advisors around March 7th regarding my timeshare at Orange Lake Resorts. I informed him I was wary because I had already lost $500.00 to another time share reseller. After much assurance and the promise of many potential buyers from the UK, I releneted and sent them my $1,300.00. As of July Gunnar is no longer with Blue Bay Advisors (surprise, surprise) and I can't even get them to return a phone call. I can't even find my property listed on their website. Avoid them like an epidemic plague!!!
