I called with a coupon for 79 dollar's When the carpet cleaners showed up, even though I was told the stairs where included, Oliver who owns skyteck but works for whiskaway??? Said that the stairs where not included. So to keep from getting a bad job we went ahead with the coupon for the whole house $ 179, deep clean, and scotch guard.
WHAT WE GOT WAS HOT WATER THAT WAS NOT SUCKED UP AND TOOK 3 24 HOUR PERIODS (3 Days) TO DRY AND NOW WE HAVE MOLD AND MILDEW. We did get whiskaway to come back (because we put a stop payment on the check). They did a poor job again. We still did not get the deep clean and scotch guard but, we did get our air-ducts done again because the first time they did not do that right either. Total cost was nearly 400 dollars and now we are all sick from the mold and mildew. Thanks Whiskaway!
