The Osburn charged us 10 grand over 2 thousand because we were behind rent by one month and as we made it up in payments they never put the monies towards rents. Then went to court three times why I was out of town and said that my ex could stay if I left by MAY 15TH IN WHICH I DID AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT AND STALKED ME AS WELL. THEY HAVE THIS TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE I HAVE ALL THEIR ADDRESSES.
I re finished their kitchen cost over 5 grand and they refused to pay me so I took the new cabniets BACK. Then they wanted to charge me some more. They have security informing them when I go see my ex cause we have dogs together and threaten to put him in jail and me for tresspassing (even though he pays rents and gets to live there but I cant according to them) but my ex puts money every week for rent from his work check into his account but yet they think they are above the law. Heres the letter I will be sending them and I plan on getting all their tenants together to file a class action law suit.

On the day of Sat July 12 I contacted you by cell phone to you phone number to 703-680 Investors Real Estate CO In which you run out of your residential home. Steve Osburn picked up the telephone and said that he went to court 3 times and that I owe him 10 grand. He said he has filed a judgment against me (Brandie Olaskey) and Steve McCullough in which I have not seen the paper work cause as I exsplained to him I have been in Texas and Texarkana AR for the past 6 months and had no idea about any judgments or courts. That I would like to know my obligations Steve Osburn replied I needed a purple pill and said some not so nice things and also stated if I went back to Steve McCullough and lived or resided at 728 Annapolis Drive Ruther Glen VA 22546 he have Steve McCullough evicted cause he does not like me and I needed to take a purple pill and HUNG up on me. I called back and Steve Osburn he said here talk to Linda she has more patience then I do. I talked to Linda she said she wanted 5000.00 or 10 thousand dollars which till this day I feel that number is largely in correct dollars and I knew the address and she had to go I said OKAY I will let you go.
Also, I would like you to know if you are trying to collect monies due to you and I am trying to pay them then well even if it is a dollar you have to except them. I asked for copies of the judgment and Steve Osburn refused to send copies. I explained to Steve OSBURN I have been traveling the past 6 months in Texas with family and friends I had no idea about court then he continue to degrade me. All I was trying to do was figure out what was going on and get the copies and monies that are owed to you since my name was brought up in the courts. Therefore I am not only taking this case to federal housing but to the fair housing act. Also I am contacting Verizon Security as of Monday and informing them of Steves McCullough drug habits therefore I like you to know this will be his 2nd charge of offense. You will not receive any monies after I inform the Verizon police of his behavior

Be ware these people are not so nice. They also had a charged against them for screaming and threatening the secucurity guard in Lake caroline they were going to file civil charges as well against them these people are worse then the mafia and dangerous as well. They also had the state troopers following me (think they have family not sure in the law inforcement that uses his or her power).
