Without going into the long sad story that revolves around my 11 year old sons new '08 Sunl - Armor SL 150-B (which they refer to as a GK-06) I will make it short.
If you're considering ATV Discounter as a vendor you definatly want to do your research... I wish I would've look into it harder. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ATV DISCOUNTERS!!!
Doug Dahle is the salesmans name that I spoke to & he sold me on the go-cart & the service... He tried to overcharge my credit card $750.00 which took me a week to get recredited & lied to me about the reason for the delay in delivery. He claimed they were getting the color I requested & that held it up for a few days, I finally received the light blue go-cart 2 weeks later... I ordered it in black.
My son has put less than 8 hours on his new go-cart & as he was riding it the last day 2 months ago it just died. I've called atleast 30 times sent about 8 e-mails detailing my complaint but they will not call me back.
I've called Doug several times & I think he has a don't answer call list that he uses now because I get his vm everytime. I've been able to call reach him using a friends phone with a different area code minutes after trying to get him to answer my #. I hate to say it but i've been taken for $1500.00.
