I have a check inside this envelope mailed by CANADA POST which is $4750.00 and does not specify US or CAN funds. The signature at the bottom right of the check is not even in pen or on the line. The signature is "Woodrow Wilson".
Both the check and the letter are dated June 25. The check amount is for payment of Canadian Non-Resident Government Tax Service (GST). It is payable to Tax Agent: Helen Jackson/5002 Belview Rd./Toronto Ontario/M7N 9C2, Canada with the tax amount being $3,570.00. Payment method: Moneygram Transfer with an advisement to call my claim agent Scott Gardner (778) 891-0112. The signature at bottom is James Mouroe: another photocopied signature.
At the top of letter is the Peak Financial Inc. Logo, but directly below that is Advance Financial Investment And Lottery Management Consultant/11200 Howard Road/Toronto Ontario / M3N 7V2, Canada (778) 317-2688. Then a claim #T3C680 and it goes on to state that I am one of the lucky winners in the second category sweepstake draw held on May 19 entitled to the sum of $125,000 US payable by certified check and will be delivered to me by a special courier company. Serial number 2645904 drew the lucky winning numbers 15-66-83-78-02. I have envelope, letter and check in my possession.
