Mr David Morgan, Citi Financial Auto Corporation They claim I won $850,000.00 in a lottery. And enclosed a check for $4,950.00 to help pay for non-resident tax. This is all a FRAUD Citi Financial does not have a lottery!

I was sent a letter from? With stamps from South Africa. Their Address is inside the envelope in a letter that says I won lottery held on Sept. 25th 2005. My ticket with serial No. 67739252, drew the lucky #s So I'm intitled to a payout of US $ 850,000, 00, payable by bank draft, money order or certified check.

And I'm expected to pay a non-resident government service tax of 3,250.00 and costom duties which will be worked out by my local custom dept. Encloised is a check of $4,950.80 to help pay the non-resident tax. The tax amount is $3,250.00 and payable to their office in Canada by Western unionor to their liaison office in Durban by Moneygram.
