Attorneys At Law Violated FDCPA

I received a collection notice from this company trying to collect on an old debt. They never sent me a validation of debt and the letter they sent me states that a civil lawsuit has been filed against me when in fact it hasn't. This is clearly a violation of FDCPA and a scare tactic.
