I ordered a phone from this company on Apr. 7. On the website, it said this phone was in stock. As soon as they ran my credit card, I got an email saying the phone was backordered. They said that if I wanted to cancel I should do in through them and note via the credit card company I used.
I have tried to cancel this order four times, twice by phone and twice by internet, with no response.
I have filed a police report locally, which will be forwarded to the Malibu station (the company's address of record) and also with the internet crimes division.
