I don't know were to Start
All i can say is that i went to there little presentation and was lied to over and over again, they told me all you do is buy points and get to go to great 5 star Condos.
I asked what was the catch they said nothing you pay your monthly fee and the rest takes care of itself. You can book online starting today.
I explained that i was very scared to do it because i did not want to get ripped off i told them that as a single mother i have been saving my money to take my girls to disneyland, they told me not to worry as soon as i signed up and put my money towards a down payment that i could go home and book and disneyland trip with my kids and instead of paying for a crapy hotel i would be staying in a great 5 star suite, yes it sounded to good to be true so i asked all of the nessery questions, like how much do i have to pay out of pocket when i get there?"nothing they replied" how long will have to wait to get my vacation with my girls i finaly have enough to take them now if i don't do this?" you could book it for next month or when ever you want as soon as you get home just get online and book it. What if i have a problem?" we care for our owners and drop everything for them we make sure you are taken care of in fact here is my cell number if you ever have any problems".
These were all lies!!!
I messed up big time in beliving them, i gave them all my hard saved money for my daughters Vacation thinking i was doing better for her.
I get home go to get online and i can't my user name and stuff wes not set up yet so i gave it 24hrs. And tryed again still nothing finally about 48hrs. After signing up to be able to "get on right when i get home" I was able to log into my account.
Once doing so i went to book my trip with my kids to disneyland so happy until i relized there was no open spots for almost 2yrs. At thet point i fliped i called to cancel i felt lied to and felt like i just gave my daughters vacation away thet i had been telling them we was going on. I called andcalled and called there office his cell number that he gave me the corprate office and nothing i could not get threw to anyone it did not even give me a choice of leaving a message it just started to beep after a let it ring over and over finaly on the 8th day someone fainaly answered the phone i explained what i felt had happened to me and told them i wanted to cancel, and all they could say was you only have 6 days to cancel.
6 days i could not get ahold of anyone for the first 7 days!!! Do you think that is a quinka dink? Not me!!!
After weeks of argueing with them i decided to give up and book somthing close to my home town because that was the only places without a 2yr. Waiting list.
But when i did they added on a 100.00 a night room service fee along with all their other stupid fees it all came to like 150.00 for one night by my home town and on top of that i had to pay it monthly.
Still to this day i have not been able to take my kids to disneyland because because they stole my money and with gas prices and everything else in this world i can bearly aford to drive to work and back.
I have not paid them a penny since and never plan on doing so! That was over 1 year ago it is still not showing on my credit and even if it does i don't care i will not pay someone for nothing!!!
