The quardianship was given to Betty Dugan, prophet and administrator of Trinity Christian Ministries, a non-profit organization. At her request, he removed cash from the trust that was placed in the non-profit organization.
Large sums of cash ($20,000.00 & more) was taken from the trust of Vera Peskan and given to Dugan for her personal use, on a regular basis.
By 'vicarious liability', Garlington, with many years of personal affiliation with Attorney Joy Carpenter, Betty Dugan, did aid and abet in the 'exploitation of a 'mentally impaired elder', Vera Peskan, to fraudelently gain control of the intestates estate, with the further expoitation of her (Dugan) sibling.
The sibling of Dugan, also named a 'vulnerable adult, suffering from impaired will, was conned out of her natural inheritence by the entities who are all administrators and/or tithing members of Trinity Christian Ministries which is housed in same premises as their law firm, Joy-Star PA, Kissimmee, Fl.
