They bill one month in advance

Comcast has the nerve to bill one moth in advance for their service when it half works. They have the nerve to say people are past due on a bill because some people refuse to send a payment for service they did not receive. They have been ripping off people for years. If you cancel the service they still say you owe them for the moth in advance.
