This is indeed a ripoff web and tv site!!! I bought thousands of dollars of jewely and computers from them... Had an $800 pair of diamond earrings that they did not stand by a repair when they broke and wouldn't ask the vendor (Van Bellinger) to repair or wouldn't give an address to write them for repair. Also bought a $1500 sapphire ring with the stone missing when received and they never replaced or repaired it saying it was my problem! Needless to say I wrote them off from buying anything from them.
