Purchased a Pedegg 2-3-08 $16.94 Took my money and never got product. Never answered my emails, Phone number no longer anyone there, it gives email address

I purchased A Pedegg from Official TV Store Online on Feb. 2. I never received the product. I tried to call them and got an answering machine stating the number was no longer active and to contact them through email.
I sent them four email in all. They never answered any. It is now July 2. I still have not received my Pedegg. My confirmation #26233 where they took the money out of my account on Feb. 3, mean nothing if you can not get them to return your email. This company is fake!
