Fraudulent charge

Got a fraudulent charge of $49.99 to my bank account. This caused 4 overdrafts did not notice it till today... I went straight to my bank and filed a report. Called the number on my statement. It was bogus... Still getting email from them to buy... Haven't bought anything since jan. 07... Replied to the email waiting to hear from [email protected]
