Louvert Travis Clark who lives in a apartment building in Los Angeles moved in on May 1st 2008 has been a very undesirable tenant from day #1. Every day this tenant has complained about his fellow neighbors. The neighbors upstairs only do everyday movement and nothing unusual. Every apartment building in the world you will always hear your neighbors above walking. When the Owner of the building Juan Duarte went to collect the rent Mr Clark told Mr Duarte that he wants to pay on the 15th, Mr Clark moved in on May 1st so this automatically pro rated the rent due date to the 1st. It clearly is noticable that Mr Clark is only looking for a fast buck and trying to sue.
A Quick advise to all apartment owners and Managers, management companies please beware of this tenant Mr. Clark and people like him. You will have major problems with him.
