Well where do I begin. We bought a home paid on time for 2 years and on the 25 month the rate went from 6.75% to 11.50% over night. Yea where one of those suckers who got a crappy loan. But even after we hung in there and lost everything we managed to sell the home. For what was owed not a short sale. The bank took 2 1/2 weeks to get us the payoff figures. They at OOMC said they would rather take it all the way to a Sheriffs Sale then do a Short Sale. This after they wanted us 2 weeks earlier to send $2500 as a good faith gesture for them to do the paper work for a short sale. I and the title company finally after a week and a half got a hold of someone who spoke English on USA soil. Call 800-704-0800 ask to be transfered to a Manager of what ever dept. You want and in the USA. If its the Fore. Dept Call Ms. Williams 949-784-6104 thats her direct line. We got our payoff amounts w / in 3 hours after talking to her and threating a lawyer and action since I had a buyer and we had already requested payoff over a dozen times over 2 1/2 weeks and then we closed. Good right.

Well this is OOMC. No 2 weeks later they still had it in there computers I owed them and the Sheriffs Sale was in the paper. Did I mention the new owner had been in the home 2 weeks and while she was at work OOMC broke in, went throw her things and changed the locks. Totally breaking a 145 year old door and frame. Also a window in there first attempt. Of course when I called and screamed they said it had to been a break in. Yea, and then why a week after that did it show up on my loan activity and I was charge a Property Preservation Fee. Oh yea the fee was for the exact amount I should of had coming back to me. See The amount paid was over what was owed. The figures where rushed and Ms Williams said any extra would be refunded. Now I have a second account w / them [don't worry same loan] it shows paid in full 4 days after close and 2 1/2 weeks after they have issued me a refund for the overpayment. So What do you do. We all need to Sue them You know they charged me a fee per loan to get a payoff amount. They still charged me the full lawyer fees even though the home was sold. Oh and they charged me the Sheriffs Sale Fee even though the home was sold 9 weeks before it was to happen and 3 1/2 weeks before it was to go in the paper. And I see as of today they have added more lawyer fees to my account 3 1/2 weeks after we have sold the home. Can't get Blood from a turn-up. I have kept track of every one I have talked to over the last 3 months w / this names phone numbers work id's. Also the title compnay girl kept all her info and names and faxes confirmations between OOMC and there lawyer also. Also I have printed out every thing I could from my account so I would have a paper trail. If there is a lawyer out there. I am sure there are more people like me I am willing to meet you 1/2 way. Something should be done. I see other States are going forward and suing.inDIANA should also.
