Netwinner refuses to pay a $100 ecard that I ordered in February of this year, yet their motto is "you play, we pay."
I have complained to them and filed a complaint with the BBB. Response? Oh yes, first of all to be told by them that since people cheated then they were overwhelmed and therefore could not pay. The response to the BBB? That when I signed up I agreed to their terms and they have the right to change the rules whenever they want.
What I want to know is how can they RETROACTIVELY change the rules? Why am I getting penalized for other peoples cheating? I don't even see how you can cheat on the site because you cannot play with more than one window open. If I had ordered the card after the rules changed then I could understand but I ordered the card in February. I am so frustrated.
