What should have been 9.99 for 3yrs turned into 50 on my credit card

I downloaded Nero8 from software Hq thinking it would be the full program not the trial version I signed up to pay 9.99 a year for 3years now I find it has cost me 50 and I can not log into Hq as it says I am not a member so I cant even get back into the web site. I am at a loss to read how many people have been ripped off by these sharks and they are still allowed to advertise.
