Judge Timothy Lawless took away my daughters visits with her brother when he changed the goal for her placement to be freed for adoption. She was just over a year old. Her brother was two and a half. They had demonstrated that they were developing a bond in their visits. This is shown by the homemaker telling me that my daughter smiles and lights up when she sees her brother. The homemaker and my daughters father who are both present during these past visits report to me that the children play together and that they hug and kiss each other and try to play together. My daughter enjoyed watching her brother playing until she was old enough to actively play with him. My son recognizes pictures of his sister and asks me where she is and gets upset when he is told he cant play with her anymore. This shows that the judge is BREAKING APART a bond between a sister and her brother and not taking into considerating the effects it can have on the children.
