My husband, who is a disabled veteran, and I signed a contract with JK Harris in June and since that time, we have been bullied and ignored. Our service rep has changed so many times and they mysteriously "loose" any and all paperwork that has been faxed or mailed. We did respond correctly and accurately to all requests made by the representative, Crevon Brown & Dee Bourgnine. We could never get them to help us, or even return our calls.
We are entering into retirement now, with a payment monthly that some might consider a house payment. Our tax leans and levies have left us totally and completely devastated. We have been forced to move 6 hours from our childhood homes to live with my son and his wife.
I am currently learning of all the fraudulent cases and awful things that this company is capable of. We would welcome and appreciate any and all help or advice on how to get some or possibly all of the $4900 we paid for the services of JK Harris. That amount of money got us nothing.
We actually set up all the payments and a plan through the IRS. I am hoping with our current situation the IRS will consider a smaller payment or reduce the amount owed.
We will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB as well. We will also be sending a request by fax, for return of payments.
