Another customer ripped off by this outfit. On November 26, we placed an order for 2 5 piece place setting of Wedgewood Oberon china-total cost of $251.99. The story then was that shipment was on backorder. Replied to this message saying that we wanted to stay on backorder-a big mistake.
On March 29, my credit card was charged for this order. Made numerous attempts to contact them, by both phone and e-mail, to no avail. Finally on July 19, saying they would ship in 7-10 days and would provide a UPS tracking number when shipment was made. That never happened.
We made monthly e-mail inquiries after this-about one a month-most of which were neither acknowledged or replied to. Finally, in February of '08 we got a response saying that our order had APPARENTLY dropped out of their system so we repeated all of the odering info.
On May 20, we sent them an e-mail saying either ship the order or issue a credit to my account. Have received no reply to this message. For what worth we plan to turn this over to our attorney.
I wish I found this site before we place this order-I'm afraid we've been ripped off royally. I hope others will learn from our mistake.
