I worked under an employee that stole 30,000 worth of money and inventory. When he was caught he wrote a long letter to the company stating that know one else had any involvement. No One believed him i was told i was guilty by association. Mean while the dm at the time couldn't even tell what he was doing. For a entire year i was harassed by upper management because they to thought that i was corrupt. They looked for reasons to fire me but couldn't. Until my District Manager came in one day and i had 2 returns not taken from the day before and he fired me for it. Now you tell me Do you go and fire one of your best managers because he forgot to file paper work i think not. Rent A Center Sucks... They rip people off and they treat employees like trash. Their goal is to get 5 times as much as something is worth even after it has been trashed by other customers. Roach invested they don't care.
