I too am a victime of this company. When I got my AT&T bill it also showed a collect call from someone in Ca. To my fax line. How any could claim to get approval for a collect call on a fax line is beyond me.
My bill fortunately wasn't a huge sum but I don'e believe I should pay for something I didn't use or do. I called the billing company three times and got hung up on. Finally the fourth time someone transferred me OSP. The first time someone in Spanish would not respond even though I did speak spanish. The second time I got someone they disconnected me the minute I said I was calling about a billing error.
Finally gave up and called AT&T. The representattive there was actually quite helpful and had the charge removed. The rep said the company will now have to provide proof the call was made.
Don't asccept phony charges from these guys.
