OSP communications has fraudently added a charge on my att bill. I was reviewing my bill and i noticed my bill went up around 20 dollars. And i thought to myself why is my bill this high so i looked at the details ha this company called the "billing resource" aka OSP Commuications was driving my bill $20.20 higher. I said to myself this isnt right so i called att and they said for me to call osp. I called osp and i was mad at them and they immediately agreed to remove the charge so i called att and the said it would take about 2 billing cycles to get this charge off my account. While i was talking to the lady I also blocked collect calls from going through my house so that issue was taken care of. I hope they take care of it quick. If not i will take legal action against OSP COMMUNICATIONS. If you get a charge on your phone bill about a collect call from this company dont wait you must call immediatley.
OSP COMMUNICTAIONS SHOULD CLOSE DOWN FOREVER!!!
Osp communications doesnt even have a website. This company should close down forever!!
