I signed up for their service to find reciprocal links to my website. They stated my account would be active almost immediately. It took three (3) days. Their website also stated I would receive three things free with sign up (i.E. Search engine optimization program, jump start guide to website promotion, and 6 days to online auction success) did not ever receive. Also, the link requests I have received are from dead links. What's the use of that? I have emailed them several times with questions, etc., and have never received a response—even when I requested cancellation of my account! (BTW, it has not been cancelled as of yet even after my request 2 days ago). I signed up for their service in good faith (they have received their money) but it seems they really don't care about their customers at all-customer service is a joke!
