All of our links disappeared including our imported links (approx. 60 links) from our resource page. We were told in November they were having server problems and we would be notified when it was resolved. After checking on a weekly basis we discovered in February their site was back up.
We tried to log into our links4trade accounts and discovered our login and password no longer work. We have made every effort to contact them (email and phone) but have received no response.
Our main concern is recovering the links that we personally collected and imported to our links page through links4trade. We feel the time and effort we put into collecting these links is lost. Losing these links is hurting our business. We deserve to know whether or not our links will be restored. This situation is not being handled in a professional or ethical manner.
