Tampa FL Direct Buy delivered damaged goods and won't replace them

Direct Buy Tampa, FL delivered an expensive refrigerator to my home. It was damaged. The store manager told me "too bad." I am so upset. I noticed other folks have been unhappy with Direct Buy. Don't let this happen to you.
