I would like to try to notified any and all members of Direct Buy Tampa and the Largo store who may have perched cabinets between 2003 and January. I used to install cabinets for Direct Buy but I am also a member. I no longer install for them since I spoke with the owners in January about the fact that they were over charging for there cabinets.By over charging I mean there prices were higher then what the home office said they should be charging. The over charge could be any were from 1% to 9% depending on the type of cabinets perched. So much for no retail markup.
After speaking with the owner (Steve Norris) in mid January suddenly a letter is sent to some members stating that they may have been over charged. I have over 300 files that show that they did over charge! My files cannot be more then 15% of the cabinet sales done buy Direct Buy I pray this gets to the other customers that bought there cabinets there. I have contacted all my customers. If I missed any one I am sorry.
