The Big Lot Misleading, Money Back Guarantee, Scam

I was interested in selling my car and a friend told me about 'this guy' who I could pay ten dollars upfront and 140 ONCE the car sold.

If the car did not sell it was supposed to be only the ten dollars. But to my surprise I was charged 140 dollars and my car is still sitting in the driveway.

I called to get a refund and they said that I had missed the 30 day window of cancellation, but on all their affiliated sites it says that there is a money back guarantee on all cars posted on their sites.

So why can't I get my money back since I never agreed to any of these 30 day terms?

I only signed up for the sight because it would only be a loss of 10 dollars to me, but now its turning into to a 150 loss.
