Bogus charge on my checking account, not authorized and can't find any contact information for them

I got a charge on my checking account from this Passlu.com, Palma de Mall. I can't find any information for them anywhere online. I am awaiting information from my bank's investigation and hopefully they will get some contact information. Right now, I have a charge for $39.71 from them, with no idea what the charge is for.
