Palma de mall took 39.95 without my permission—i don't even know who they are! Europe internet

I noticed $39.95 was taken from my checking account from some company with www.ourcustomer. N palma de mall as the name. This really pissed me off, because i am really struggling to pay bills. Since the money was pending, the bank could do nothing until it posts to these people's account.

I looked on the internet from this palma de mall, and found that it is a rip off agency. That really hurts, considering the state of the economy now.

I canceled that account. I cannot allow companies such as these to take advantage of me.

I have to wait until tomorrow to see if i can get my money back.
