This company has billed me for 3 months for products services not contracted for. They do NOT answer phones and have NOT answered Visa requests for billing information. San Jose California

This cyber company has gotten my visa number and billed me for products and services not contracted for. They do not answer phone calls and do not have voice mail. No contact what so ever.
Visa has similar problem and will not go further to credit my account.
