The Eurotyle done by artistic concrete did not even last 3 months and started to chip off. It took numerous phone calls, faxes, letters, inspections and after 6 months the company repaired the damage. Again, not even a months later, we got the leopard spots and now large areas of chipped off tyles. Mr. Blanco from customer service scheduled several appointments and never showed up. He was extremely rude on the phone. This is why the company fired him now. But the owner of the company, Raul Rodriguez, and the secretary Damaris are no better. They ignore all letters, calls, faxes, emails and I am left with a damaged Eurotyle. I had several other companies over to give me an estimate for a repair. Everybody responded that the Eurotyle was done so badly that they have to redo the entire work from zero.
If there is anybody who knows who the damaged Tyles can be fixed, please let me know.
