Paid by credit card in Feb. 2008 and have never received my merchandise

I ordered my daughter's wedding gift from Placesettings.com in Feb. 2008 and have never received the merchandise or a refund. Now their phone has been disconnected and they are no longer receiving emails. I hope I am not out of all the money I sent them.
