These two particular companies have been debiting my checking account seven days within each debit period, These debits were not authorized by myself or any family member. After contacting my bank I was told to contact their telephone number which is located in the memo section of the electronic check along with their e-mail address. After calling this number to no avail I wasn't able to speak to any representative only given their e-mail adress with no information available to me regarding any transactions.
I plan to report this to the attorney generals office as well as Better Buusness Bureau. This is going to be a costly lost and will probaly result in my closing my checking account and reopening a new one.
