Unauthorized withdrawal from checking account

An unauthorized money was posted against my account to get a membership of some sort. I tried contacting the telephone number but to no avail, it aimed me to some site. Can't find out the name of the business or an address or telephone number. I've questioned with my bank and closed that consideration within an effort to prevent future debits. However they overdrew my account
