Trying to take money from my account without permission, causing a huge overdraft on my account

Medlink and Government Awards account continues to be attempting to access my checking account creating a sizable facility. I just perform part-time and two have direct deposit. I've experienced facility for 2 spend intervals as a result of this issue. I'm along the way of preventing my immediate deposit.
