Frank Triassi is a con man who has ripped off so far 4 hopeful to move in couples. He shows the apt at 1000 NE 2 St.in Hallandale and takes move in cost of one month rent with partial month security. He scammed me out of $1300!!! Another couple $1300!!! Yet another, $1700. And tonight I found out another couple showed up with the cops so thats at least another grand or so.
Franks stories change from day to day as to what the delay in getting the key and moving in is. He promised to furnish the apartment, new ac unit, and new paint. He promised to get tenant in early.
He was supposedly in the hospital Friday May 30 and then his story now is that he is in New York dealing with his sons drug problem and will be back in town Thursday June 5... But of course you can't trust a word he says! Just trust that he's got all of our hard earned money and now we're all stuck out on the street!
