I contacted them superior back in March... Timing wasn't right so I decided to pass. Then contacted them on May 16th stating I wanted to move forward with the 50 plan for 875. I promptley faxed a check... And honestly didn't think a thing about it, got a few emails about followup, steps needed on my end, etc. The on about the 5/26 I was going through my spam and I had 2 messages. First was Emily saying thank you for choosing Superior. The next said we are out of business and filing for bankruptcy. Jaw about hit the floor... Now I don't know if its possible to time anything that bad, but it seems I did.

Next I went to my bank trying to get information on where it was cash. The cash was deposited in a Suntrust Bank in Orlando. However the name on the check presented was changed to Maximum Response Inc. Also the stamp that has the Suntrust account number was scratched out on purpose. I'm a realize my 875 is gone... But I do want to catch this %&*%$ at some point. If anyone can share any information on the Suntrust Bank in Orlando or who Maximum Response Inc is it would be very helpful. My bank is investigating and I will response when I learn more.

Moral of the story don't deal with companies that only accept checks... If this was a credit card, I could have at least issued a formal complaint. If Suntrust won't do anything, then my only real move is to go to th police... Oh well learned a lot.
