Okay let's just say that I did put my email in twice and accidently and unknowingly signed up for entertainment rewards club, which obviously is done totally under the radar of most people (just look at the disputes). If I did this I can take some responsibility for not reading all of the info and the small print, however this company has been charging me not just one $9 a month charge but two this month and who knows how often that has happened.
Again I can take some responsibility but to be honest Ticketmaster should do something about this because it is a bad reflection on what their business is all about and I like others will have a real problem with using them again, although if you want to see any shows then it is hard to avoid them. I think it sucks and is totally underhanded on their behalf and hopefully if enough people complain then they will do something about it.
