My wife reviews our statements religiously and spotted the unauthorized deductions as soon as they appeared. Our bank was very cooperative; we were able to recover the two deductions of $19.95 (one from At 'Home Rewards' and one from 'Shopping Essentials'). We then filled out the necessary forms at the bank to report the fraud. I also filed a report with the BBB hoping to stop these people. How have they been getting away with this for so long?
