CT Debiting my checking acct. For 14.95 — unauthorized!

I have been receiving authorized debts from Shopping Essentials CT from my checking account. The amount has been $14.95/month for the last 6 months.
What is an EFFECTIVE way to stop the debits and have my money refunded. I am contacting my bank today to see what can be done about this.
